We are a Hong Kong–based AI Automation & n8n consultancy, focused on building real, production-grade automation systems — not demos, not experiments.

We have previously delivered automation projects for a range of organizations, including:

-A Hong Kong listed company (internal process and system automation)
- One of the largest online live-commerce / streaming companies in Hong Kong (sales, operations, and content automation)
-Professional service firms (insurance, engineering, consulting)
-E-commerce brands (Shopify / Shopline)

The Role
We are looking for a A+ Player Senior AI Automation Engineer who can work independently, think in systems, and deliver high-quality automation solutions.

This is a long-term collaboration, not a short-term freelance gig.(Strong performance may lead to a full-time position.)

What You’ll Be Working On
-Designing and building production-grade n8n workflows
-Deep integration with third-party APIs
-REST APIs
-Webhooks
-OAuth2 / token refresh logic
-Building automation systems such as:
-CRM & lead management pipelines
-Invoice, reporting & reminder systems
-AI-powered content pipelines (text / image / video)
-Internal AI knowledge systems
-Collaborating across frontend, backend, and databases — or handling them yourself
-Turning manual business processes into scalable systems

Requirements (Must-Have)
At least 3 years of real-world experience using n8n in production
Strong experience with API integrations
Solid understanding of:
REST APIs
Webhooks
OAuth2 authentication flows
Full-stack mindset
Basic frontend understanding
Backend logic & system design
Databases (e.g. Supabase, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Ability to:
Analyze requirements independently
Design clean, scalable automation architectures
Build workflows that are maintainable long-term
Nice to Have (Bonus)
Experience integrating AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Experience with Shopify, HubSpot, WhatsApp automation
Strong business logic understanding (not just technical execution)

A Senior IT Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience, responsible for system infrastructure, integrations, and reliability
A Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 20+ years of experience, leading architecture, system design, and complex implementation work
We intentionally keep the team small, senior, and execution-focused. Every engineer works on real systems, real clients, and real business impact — not internal demos or experimental work.
