I am a local Realtor dedicated to showcasing the lifestyle, amenities, and hidden gems of our community. I am looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to take my raw video footage and turn it into a high-performing digital presence.
Your goal will be to maximize the reach of my long-form content by optimizing it for YouTube and repurposing it into viral-style short-form clips.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing (Long & Short Form): Edit high-quality YouTube videos (vlogs, market updates, neighborhood tours) and repurpose them into engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. (2-3 Long Form Videos A week)
High-Conversion Thumbnails: Design eye-catching, high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop.
YouTube Management & SEO: Upload videos, write compelling titles/descriptions using keyword research, and manage tags/end screens to boost search rankings.
Social Media Marketing: Schedule posts across platforms and ensure the messaging aligns with our local brand.
Channel Growth: Monitor analytics to suggest improvements for future content based on what the audience is watching.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Portfolio: Experience editing YouTube content and short-form vertical video (captions, fast cuts, B-roll).
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm, SEO tools (like TubeBuddy or VidIQ), and Instagram/TikTok trends.
Design Eye: Ability to create clean, professional thumbnails that stand out in a crowded feed.
Communication: Strong English skills (written and verbal) for drafting descriptions and communicating project status.
Reliability: Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Technical Preferences
Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Design: Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Management: Familiarity with Trello, Asana, or Slack is a plus.
