About Skin Deep Sculpting

Skin Deep Sculpting is a Houston based post operative medical spa specializing in lymphatic drainage and recovery home services. We serve clients who have undergone cosmetic surgery and require compassionate, professional care.

Our brand is elevated, clean, modern, and trustworthy. We are not looking for basic content. We are building a strong digital presence that reflects excellence.

We are seeking a creative, detail oriented, and growth minded Social Media Manager who understands strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Schedule

3 to 5 hours per day
Monday through Friday
Weekends off

Compensation

$350 to $500 USD per month
Based on experience, skill level, and efficiency
Full onboarding and brand training provided

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Managing and growing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Creating high quality reels, posts, and stories aligned with our luxury brand aesthetic
• Writing engaging captions that convert viewers into inquiries
• Using AI tools to enhance workflows and generate creative ideas
• Editing short form video content professionally
• Engaging with followers in a warm, polished, and professional tone
• Monitoring analytics and suggesting content improvements
• Planning and batching content weekly

This role is not just posting content. We are looking for someone who understands strategy and growth.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
• Confident using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or content automation tools
• Organized and consistent
• Creative but professional
• Reliable and proactive

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in med spa, beauty, cosmetic surgery, or wellness industry
• Basic video editing skills
• Knowledge of content repurposing strategies
• Experience growing an account organically
