First Direct is looking for a 3D Blender Artist & Motion Graphics Specialist

As our 3D Blender Artist, you will serve as the creative engine behind all 3D visual storytelling for First Direct and FirstDirect360. You will build high-impact 3D animations, product visualizations, motion graphics, and virtual environments that help communicate complex marketing concepts in a visually powerful way.

This is not just modeling random objects. You will help visualize data, marketing systems, omni-channel flows, booth concepts, product demos, explainer visuals, and branded creative assets that support digital campaigns and live presentations.

You should have expert-level knowledge of Blender and strong motion design instincts. You must understand lighting, composition, animation timing, and rendering workflows. The ideal candidate can take a marketing idea and transform it into visually compelling 3D content that drives engagement and results.

REQUIREMENTS

Stable high-speed internet connection

Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time)

Dedicated workspace suitable for creative production

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Create 3D animations, models, and motion graphics using Blender

Develop visual assets for digital ads, landing pages, social media, and video content

Build virtual environments and animated explainers for marketing presentations

Support creative campaigns with cinematic-quality rendering

Collaborate closely with Marketing Manager and Video Editor on concept execution

Optimize 3D assets for performance across web and social platforms

Organize and maintain 3D asset libraries and project files

Render, export, and deliver final files in correct formats for distribution

Assist in virtual studio and animated scene production

KEY COMPETENCIES

Advanced proficiency in Blender (modeling, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing)

Strong understanding of motion graphics and storytelling principles

Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

Knowledge of rendering engines (Cycles, Eevee)

Understanding of textures, materials, camera movement, and visual realism

Ability to work efficiently under deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organized file management

Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team
