Digital Systems Manager | Men's Health Tech Build & Launch
HIGHR – Remote Role
Part time - This role will progress to FULL TIME post launch.

Our national launch is imminent. We need someone to own and operate our entire tech stack so marketing, clinical ops, and logistics function as one system at scale.
The Role:
You'll be the internal operator of our complete digital operating system:
HubSpot (CRM, workflows, lifecycle automation, iteration, optimisation)
Patient Management Software (for secure clinical data separation)
Front end Website (wordpress)
Backend 3rd party providers eg; pathology & delivery partners
All integrations and data flows between systems
Important note: We have third party experts who are building the necessary middleware and will handle the initial setup. You will be supporting & assisting these teams during build to then maintain, optimise, and control everything after that.
In short, you don’t need to know exactly how to build the integrations (though you may), but you definitely need to know enough to be able to represent the brand and understand the technical nature of what we are building.
You'll Manage:
System operations across the business:
Design and maintain complex HubSpot workflows
Manage integrations (front end website through to parcel deliveries and all steps in between)
Ensure data integrity and hygiene,, backups,
Maintain privacy, access control, audit trails, and data handling aligned with Australian Privacy Act and healthcare operational requirements (with guidance from leadership/clinical governance)
Debug failures fast
Support rapid website/funnel iteration with marketing team
Translate business intent into system logic
Act as liaison between developers, SaaS vendors, clinical systems, operations
Must Have:
Operated a multi-system SaaS, ecom or healthtech stack (not just administered)
Strong HubSpot experience—complex workflows, lifecycle logic, not basic CRM use
Integration literacy: APIs, webhooks, middleware concepts
Operator mindset: optimisation > administration
Comfortable with AI tools and finding optimal solutions to drive business goals vs. being tied to any particular purist ideology
Nice to Have:
Subscription/lifecycle business exposure
Healthcare or regulated environment experience
Scale-up or early-stage environment experience
Light scripting or automation capability
What success looks like in stage one (first 6 months):
Supporting the team to build out the tech stack pre-launch
Liaising with 3rd parties on their input for build
Successful sandbox testing period before go live
Spotting and solving potential failure points prior to launch go live
Being instrumental in a successful public launch
Rapid iteration and stack management post launch
