We are a growing mortgage company looking for a high-level executor who can own both our social media presence and our automation systems.
This role is for someone who understands branding and engagement, but also knows how to build the backend systems that turn attention into leads, and leads into closed deals.
You will work directly with leadership to grow visibility, improve efficiency, and help scale the business through content, automation, and data.
This is not a strategy-only position. We need someone who builds, executes, tracks, and improves.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan and execute social media campaigns across
Create weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy
Develop and publish engaging content including short-form videos, graphics, captions, blogs, and infographics
Write captions that speak directly to our target audience and drive engagement
Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and positioning
Monitor engagement and analyze performance to identify scalable content
Respond to comments and DMs professionally and promptly
Research trends, brainstorm original content ideas, and improve engagement strategies
Assist with influencer campaign strategy and execution
Automation & Systems (GoHighLevel)
Build and manage AI-powered workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
Automate lead intake, follow-up sequences, pipeline tracking, and task management
Create and maintain KPI dashboards and performance leaderboards
Design and manage reporting systems for production, pipeline, and marketing performance
Build Excel or Google Sheets models for forecasting, profitability, and tracking
Identify operational inefficiencies and reduce manual work through automation
Ensure leadership has clear, real-time visibility into key metrics
Maintain CRM data integrity and system reliability
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts
Strong understanding of branding, audience psychology, and engagement
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required)
Experience building automations and workflows (Zapier, Make, etc. a plus)
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, dashboards)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
Preferred:
Mortgage or financial services experience
Experience building KPI dashboards and executive reporting
Background in marketing analytics, sales operations, or CRM systems
