JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Creative Specialist to handle daily ad creative production for our dropshipping stores.

This role is NOT for beginners.

You must already have experience creating high-converting ad creatives for e-commerce or dropshipping brands across:

- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads

We are looking for someone who understands how creatives directly impact:

- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- CPA
- ROAS

This is a long-term collaboration.

The role starts part-time (approximately 2–4 hours per day). The focus is consistent daily creative production and performance-driven improvement.

Your Main Responsibilities:

- Create daily static and video ad creatives
- Develop new hooks and angles for both new and existing products
- Produce multiple variations for testing
- Use AI tools for advanced creative production (AI-generated models, AI video, voiceovers, etc.)
- Adapt creatives based on performance data
- Understand funnel-based creatives (TOF / MOF / BOF)
- Align creatives with both Meta and Google ad structures

Compensation is negotiable and will be discussed based on proven experience, interview performance, and skill level. In addition to base hourly compensation, performance-based bonuses may apply depending on results and contribution.
