Klaviyo Technician (Platinum Partner Level)
We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with ambitious direct-to-consumer brands. We’re looking for a senior-level Klaviyo Technician who operates at Platinum Partner level. Someone we don’t need to explain Klaviyo to.
You know the platform inside out, understand ecommerce deeply, and take full ownership of email performance for multiple client accounts.
This role is not about following instructions. It’s about spotting what’s wrong before others see it, fixing it properly, and continuously improving results across client accounts through smarter setups, cleaner logic, and best-in-class execution.
You are responsible for the entire technical email infrastructure in Klaviyo for our clients, ensuring everything runs flawlessly at scale.
What you’ll do
– Own the full technical setup of Klaviyo across multiple client accounts
– Build, maintain, and optimize advanced automated flows (welcome, abandoned browse/cart/checkout, post-purchase, winback, cross-sell, sunset, etc.)
– Set up flawless triggers, conditions, delays, exclusions, and dynamic logic per brand
– Ensure segmentation is clean, scalable, and strategically sound for each client
– Test everything thoroughly (logic, timing, personalization, edge cases)
– Proactively identify errors, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities across accounts and fix them
– Continuously optimize flows based on performance data (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue)
– Safeguard deliverability and account health across all client environments
– Work seamlessly with copywriters, designers, and strategists to implement without friction
– Keep all Klaviyo accounts clean, structured, and future-proof
What we expect
– Proven senior experience with Klaviyo for DTC/ecommerce clients
– You operate at Platinum Partner level or equivalent expertise
– Deep understanding of flows, segments, event tracking, and ecommerce logic
– Extreme attention to detail – you catch what others miss
– Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
– You don’t wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and do it
– Able to work independently while managing multiple client setups
– Fluent, clear communication in English
Big plus if you have
– Extensive experience with Shopify + Klaviyo integrations
– Strong knowledge of deliverability, sender reputation, and best practices
– Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and CRO-driven email optimization
– Experience working in an agency environment or managing high-volume accounts
