I am a Phoenix-based real estate agent and pilot building both a real estate and aviation brand.
I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage CRM follow-up, track deals, and assist with weekly content ideation.
This is a long-term role for someone who is proactive, organized, and communicates clearly in English.
Hours & Pay-
• 4 hours per day
• 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• $400–$500/month depending on experience
• Flexible schedule, but must overlap at least 1 hour with Arizona time (MST)
Core Responsibilities
1?? CRM & Lead Follow-Up (Primary Responsibility)
Manage leads inside Sierra Interactive CRM (or similar CRM)
Tag and organize all incoming leads
Send initial follow-up messages using templates
Schedule follow-ups
Track conversations and status updates
Maintain daily pipeline visibility
Ensure no lead goes untouched
2?? Deal & Client Tracking
Track active buyers and sellers
Maintain spreadsheet of:
Active deals
Follow-up dates
Offer status
Next action required
Send daily summary of:
New leads
Pending follow-ups
Urgent tasks
3?? Weekly Content Ideation Assistance
Every Monday:
Research 5 trending real estate topics
Research 3 aviation-related topics
Deliver content idea brief
Analyze competitor YouTube channels
Suggest 3 videos to record that week
Requirements
Excellent written English
High attention to detail
Organized and structured
Experience with real estate CRM (preferred)
Sierra Interactive experience is a strong plus
Must be proactive (not waiting to be told everything)
