Aureus Financial is scaling across Education, Wealth, Accounting, and Growth Partner divisions. Our growth is only as strong as the people we bring in — and right now, hiring needs a dedicated owner.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and run a proactive A-player recruitment engine. This role is for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and clear outcomes — not someone waiting for job briefs to land in their inbox.

Your Mission
Build a predictable, high-quality pipeline of finance talent and run fast, structured hiring processes that deliver A-players — without slowing the business down.
Success is measured by speed, quality, and leverage created, not hours worked.
What You’ll Own
Talent Pipeline Development
Proactively source and engage A-player candidates across Education, Wealth, Accounting, and Growth Partner roles
Build and maintain segmented pipelines (ready-now vs future-fit)
Leverage outbound sourcing, referrals, and networks to reach passive talent
Anticipate hiring needs before roles are formally opened
Interview Process Ownership
Own recruitment end-to-end from sourcing through offer
Run structured screening interviews aligned to role scorecards
Drive interview velocity and keep candidates and hiring managers aligned
Deliver a high-quality, no-friction candidate experience
Employer Positioning & Network Expansion
Represent Aureus confidently in the finance talent market
Contribute to job ads, outreach messaging, and talent pitch materials
Build relationships in finance, accounting, and advisory communities
Improve outreach response rates and referral flow over time
Metrics & Optimisation
Track and report key recruitment metrics weekly
Understand your funnel: outreach ? screen ? interview ? offer
Identify bottlenecks and fix them without being asked

10–15 structured screening interviews per month

Average time-to-hire under 21 days
