We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are seeking a Process Improvement & Operations Project Manager to join our Quality and Compliance division. This role is perfect for someone experienced in operations management, workflow optimization, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

Position Overview:
You will strengthen organizational performance through project management, data-driven decision?making, process optimization, and the development of clear, effective protocols. Your work will directly reduce errors, streamline operations, and improve compliance across the company.
Core Responsibilities
1. Operational Project Management
- Lead or support cross functional projects that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Plan, scope, and manage improvement initiatives from start to finish.
- Track milestones, manage risks, and report progress to leadership.
2. Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis
- Evaluate current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to uncover underlying issues.
- Implement improvement strategies that create long term operational solutions.
3. Protocol Development
- Review outdated or unclear procedures and identify knowledge gaps.
- Write, revise, and update SOPs and workflow documents for clarity and consistency.
- Partner with department leaders to design workflows that support growth and service excellence.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and performance issues.
- Create reports and visual dashboards to support decision making.
- Use data insights to recommend improvements and measure results.
5. Training & Staff Development
- Develop and deliver training for new or updated workflows.
- Provide coaching to ensure consistent adoption of procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs tied to process improvements.

Salary and Work Setup:
The position is a permanent work from home arrangement, with additional details below.
1. Base Salary: 55,000 PHP Monthly
2. Commission-Based: No
3. Payment Method: Twice Per Month
4. Work Schedule: US Business Hours; Full-Time; 40 hours per week (No part-time)
