???? ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a fast-growing, multi-million-dollar dog poop scooping and pet waste removal company based in the United States. We service thousands of customers each week and operate a fleet of 10+ field technicians across multiple service territories. Our company is scaling aggressively, and we are hiring a world-class Operations Manager to run the day-to-day backend of the business.
This is NOT a basic VA role.
This is a senior full-time leadership position.

???? POSITION: FULL-TIME OPERATIONS MANAGER (REMOTE)
We are looking for a high-level, forward-thinking, extremely organized Operations Manager who can oversee daily operations, manage our existing VA team, coordinate field technicians, and ensure seamless communication between customers, office staff, and the field.
This must be your sole job.

???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Route & Field Operations
• Build, optimize, and assign daily routes for 10+ field technicians
• Schedule and manage up to 500+ yards per day
• Make real-time adjustments to routes based on issues, delays, or customer needs
???? Customer Service & Phone Communication
• Handle heavy inbound & outbound phone calls using Dialpad
• Manage communication for 2,000+ active customers
• Resolve issues, follow up with customers, and provide high-level service
• Must sound like a native-level English speaker
???? VA Team Leadership
• Oversee a team of 3 experienced VAs
• Delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure workflow efficiency
• Provide guidance, structure, and accountability
???? Communication Hub Management
• Use
• Manage urgent updates, customer concerns, route changes, and scheduling needs
• Keep operations running smoothly in real time
???? Strategic Thinking
We need someone who:
• Anticipates problems before they happen

???? TOOLS YOU WILL USE DAILY
• Routing Software (training provided)
• Dialpad (internet phone system)

???? QUALIFICATIONS
• C1 or C2 English fluency — must sound local to U.S. customers
• Exceptional organization and multitasking ability
• Experience managing teams or operations
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Fast learner with strong tech skills
• Problem solver who looks ahead and plans for pitfalls
• Comfortable with heavy voice work and constant communication
• Must commit to this as your only job
• Ability to work long hours during training (first 1–2 months)

? WORK SCHEDULE
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time:
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (full-time schedule within this range)
Some weekend hours required.
This position requires serious commitment, especially during onboarding.

???? COMPENSATION
?35,000 – ?50,000 PHP per month
Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
