JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:

We are a U.S.-based company that purchases Chromebook inventory from schools and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) companies. Our business runs on organization, follow-up, and strong professional communication.

We are building a disciplined remote team in the Philippines and are hiring a Partner Account Manager who will fully own this role.

This is not a general VA position.
This is an operations and relationship management role.

What This Role Is Responsible For:

You will be the primary point of contact for our ITAD partners.

Your job is to:

Check in consistently with partners about incoming Chromebook inventory
Track conversations and updates inside our CRM
Follow up without being reminded
Ensure no buying opportunity is missed
Research and identify new ITAD companies to partner with
Send professional, clear email outreach to new prospects
This role requires structure, attention to detail, and proactive communication.

Partners hear from us consistently
Inventory opportunities are captured early
Our CRM is always organized and up to date
New ITAD partners are added regularly
Nothing falls through the cracks
You will own this process.

Required Skills

Strong written English (clear, professional, concise)
Extremely organized
Comfortable using CRM systems
Strong research ability (Google, LinkedIn, industry directories)
Self-directed and proactive
Able to manage follow-ups without supervision
Detail-oriented and process-driven

Experience in account management, B2B support, electronics resale, or ITAD is a plus — but organization and communication matter more.
