Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive customer loyalty. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a vibrant company while immersing yourself in the wonders of European travel.
Responsibilities
Implement management’s social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
Create, schedule, and post social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to TikTok,
Curate engaging, informative, and shareable content that highlights the beauty, culture, and experiences offered by the company.
Coordinate and review the creation of new content from a team of freelance content creators.
Daily engagement with followers across social media platforms to expand reach, impact, and generate sales.
Analyze social media metrics and assess the effectiveness of the strategy and content.
Regular alignment with the Social Media Ads Manager.
Stay up-to-date with social media platform changes and updates, implementing new features to enhance online presence.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
Good eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Highly structured and skilled at coordinating people and providing feedback.
Proven ability to create innovative and engaging video content is a plus but not required.
Requirements
Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media audiences.
Passion for travel, culture, and the European experience.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.
