We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support a founder and project manager in a fast-paced SaaS/startup environment. You’ll help manage daily operations across multiple projects, keep tasks and timelines on track, follow up with tea
Responsibilities
Operational Support & Organization
Keep the founder’s tasks, projects, and priorities organized
Track ongoing initiatives and ensure deadlines are met
Manage calendars, schedules, and communication across teams
Prepare simple reports, summaries, and updates on key projects
Project Coordination
Work between the founder, project manager, and different tea
Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Maintain documentation and help ensure workflows stay efficient
Administrative & Communication Support
Draft and respond to
Handle one-off tasks, research, and online coordination as needed
Support hiring and onboarding processes for new tea
Assist with managing online tools, dashboards, and shared documents
Miscellaneous Tasks
Researching companies
Article topic generation for some clients
Replying to
Process Building & Improvement
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline work
Help document systems and create repeatable processes
Support the launch of new products, services, or initiatives
About You
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-changing environment
Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and systems
Familiar with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and project management software (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
