JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Video Editor and Content Production VA to help increase our marketing capacity.

Our team produces educational and market-focused video content each week. This role is responsible for turning recorded videos into polished YouTube content, short-form clips, thumbnails, and properly formatted website posts.

This is a production-focused role, not a strategy or social media management position. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable working within structured systems.

What You Will Do Each Week:

• Edit short and medium-length YouTube videos
• Create multiple short-form clips from those videos for platforms like Reels and Shorts
• Design YouTube thumbnails that are clean, modern, and high-click
• Upload and optimize videos on YouTube (titles, descriptions, chapters, tags)
• Post and format related blog content in WordPress
• Add images, alt text, internal links, and embed videos correctly
• Follow brand guidelines and established content templates
