Are you a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment? A growing US-based payroll and HR services company is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support their sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone experienced in marketing operations who can optimize CRM processes, generate leads, and provide actionable support to the sales team.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and maintain CRM data to support lead generation and outreach.
Create and execute marketing campaigns across
Develop target lists and help identify ideal customer profiles.
Support lead cultivation using research and marketing automation tools.
Collaborate with sales for smooth appointment setting and follow-ups.
Track marketing metrics, analyze results, and provide insights.
Create content updates, manage social media posts, and assist with marketing projects.
Log tasks and time in Hubstaff for performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior marketing experience, ideally in payroll, HR, SaaS, or related industries.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to execute plans independently.
Comfortable collaborating with a small, fast-moving team.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
