We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Back Office Manager to support client operations, investor onboarding, CRM management, and compliance workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes, working with data and systems, and being part of a professional financial environment.
Must Have:
-Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Experience working with CRM systems or internal data platforms
-Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Client & Document Management
-Maintain and update client letters and official documents
-Organize and manage client records and files
-Maintain document templates and version control
CRM & Data Management
-Update and manage investor and fund data in internal systems
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
-Assist with process improvements and system organization
Investor Onboarding Support
-Support onboarding workflows for new investors
-Track required documents and follow up when needed
-Coordinate with internal compliance teams
Compliance & Reporting
-Assist in preparation of annual reporting requirements (FATCA / CRS)
-Support data collection for regulatory filings
-Help monitor compliance tracking and deadlines
Plus to Have
-Background in finance, accounting, fund administration, or compliance
-Familiarity with investor onboarding processes
-Exposure to FATCA, CRS, or AML workflows
-Experience working in a structured or fast-paced environment
