The Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team full-time. This is not a passive, task-ticker role. You'll be the voice of our brand to our customers every single day, managing social media communities, answering customer inquiries, and helping keep our marketing engine running smoothly. Your Schedule
This is a full-time remote position. You'll work one of the following shifts (US Pacific Time):
Option A: Wednesday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
Option B: Thursday – Monday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
You must be available and actively online during these hours. Weekend availability is required for this role.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service (Daily Priority)
Monitor and respond to customer
Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy in every interaction
Social Media & Community Management
Assist with scheduling and publishing posts across all brand social media channels
Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers and consumers daily
Serve as the primary social media lead on Saturdays and Sundays
Support outreach and community-building efforts across platforms
Project & Asset Management
Track and organize marketing assets and company storage unit inventory
Maintain accurate records and support ongoing project timelines
Administrative Support
Data entry and digital file organization
Email
Support the CMO on special marketing projects as needed
What We're Looking For
4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a closely related field
Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal. You will be writing customer-facing messages daily; your English must be flawless
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines without being micromanaged
Experience managing brand social media accounts (not just personal accounts)
High level of professionalism and the ability to take initiative
Reliable, fast internet connection – you must live in a major metropolitan area with stable, high-speed WiFi. We cannot consider applicants in rural areas with connectivity issues
Comfortable working independently across a remote team in a different time zone
Nice to Have
Experience in CPG, food & beverage, wellness, or consumer brand marketing
Familiarity with customer service tools, social scheduling platforms, or project management tools
Background in community management or brand voice development
Compensation
$1,200 – $1,300 per month (paid in USD)
