This is a structured operational coordination role for someone with project management or operations experience who understands sequencing, readiness, and follow-through.

You are the traffic controller of the company’s time resource.

Your responsibility is to ensure:

Across clients, coaches, the CEO, and potential clients.

Meetings do not proceed without readiness.

Deadlines do not pass silently.

Follow-ups do not disappear.

You protect operational flow.


Core Responsibilities

1 Calendar & Readiness Enforcement

You do not just manage calendars.

You:

- Perform pre-meeting readiness checks
- Confirm prerequisites are complete
- Ensure materials are attached in advance
- Validate participant readiness
- Prevent dependency errors
- Escalate when sequencing is wrong

If a meeting is not ready, it does not proceed.

2 Cross-Team Coordination

You ensure:

- Coaches have what they need before sessions
- Clients receive required prep materials
- The CEO is not blindsided
- Deliverables are tracked and owned
- Commitments are visible
- Follow-ups are documented and confirmed

You are the continuity layer between tea ---------- mbers.

You prevent dropped balls before they fall.



3 Client & Team Communication

Strong written communication is essential.

You must be able to:

- Write clear, concise updates
- Ask clarifying questions
- Confirm understanding before execution
- Document decisions accurately
- Escalate professionally without drama
- Communicate boundaries clearly

4 Help Desk & Operational Support

You:

- Route tickets accurately
- Respond using existing SOPs
- Escalate policy-related issues
- Identify recurring friction patterns
- Flag documentation gaps

You protect the client experience from preventable errors.

- Follow checklists precisely
- Test links before marking tasks complete
- Verify time zones and views
- Attach proof of completion
- Complete recurring tasks without prompting
