You are the traffic controller of the company’s time resource.
Your responsibility is to ensure:

Across clients, coaches, the CEO, and potential clients.

Core Responsibilities
1 Calendar & Readiness Enforcement
You do not just manage calendars.
You:
- Perform pre-meeting readiness checks
- Confirm prerequisites are complete
- Ensure materials are attached in advance
- Validate participant readiness
- Prevent dependency errors
- Escalate when sequencing is wrong
If a meeting is not ready, it does not proceed.

You ensure:
- Coaches have what they need before sessions

- The CEO is not blindsided
- Deliverables are tracked and owned

3 Client & Team Communication
Strong written communication is essential.
