Innovative global coffee brand inventing one-of-a-kind tools redefining how coffee is experienced. We are looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Coordinator to build meaningful relationships across the coffee industry that support global campaigns and product launches.

As we continue to innovate, launch new products, and grow, we are looking for someone who will support in building and nurturing meaningful partnerships across the specialty coffee industry.

You will work directly with the founder and play an active role in shaping how ICOSA connects with competitors, industry leaders, and the coffee community globally.



YOUR ROLE AND OPPORTUNITY ON THE TEAM:
This is not a generic influencer outreach role.

You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and developing relationships with coffee champions, competitors, industry leaders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the specialty coffee community.

??You will help us:
• Identify and research relevant coffee professionals, coffee competitors, brands, and collaborators aligned with ICOSA’s Mission
• Initiate thoughtful, personalized outreach on a daily basis in a way that fosters long-term relationships (not transactional exchanges)
• Maintain a structured partnership pipeline and track all conversations inside our CRM system
• Follow up proactively and ensure promising conversations are never lost
• Coordinate collaboration discussions and next steps with clarity and organization
• Provide weekly structured updates summarizing active conversations, progress, and upcoming opportunities
Over time, as trust and capability are demonstrated, there may be opportunities to expand scope into broader partnership coordination and system development.

What success looks like:
• High-quality industry relationships are initiated and nurtured on a daily basis
• Communication with KOLs is clear, thoughtful, and aligned with brand positioning
• Regular improvements are made to the communication flow and strategy to improve engagement
• Outreach efforts are organized and accurately tracked in a CRM
• Promising conversations do not get lost or forgotten
• Founders are supported daily update reports

This role sits at the intersection of relationship-building and structured execution.

What this role is NOT:
• Not a sales quota-driven position
• Not limited to short-term campaign outreach
• Not a purely social media engagement role
• Not a transactional affiliate outreach or mass-DM automation role

This is relationship building inside a growing global brand.



ABOUT YOU / WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You are someone who:
• Communicates clearly and confidently in written English
• Understands how to build rapport without being pushy
• Is socially intelligent and able to read tone and context
• Is organized and follows through consistently using established processes
• Can represent a premium brand professionally
• Is comfortable working directly with founders in a small, fast-moving team

Must have skills or experience:
• 1–4 years experience in outreach, influencer marketing, partnerships, or community roles
• Strong, fluent written communication skills in English
• Is comfortable initiating conversations with high-level industry professionals
• Is naturally organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable tracking multiple conversations and follow-ups without being reminded
• Takes pride in clear, polished communication
• Comfort working directly with founders in a small, fast-moving team
• Enjoys relationship building, but approaches it with structure
• Curious about how partnerships are built inside growing companies

Big pluses:
• Familiarity with specialty coffee culture (ex. you know what makes Panama Geisha special)
• Experience engaging with Instagram creators or industry experts in a niche
• Experience building CRMs or improving existing workflows

COMPENSATION AND WORKING STRUCTURE
• Hours: Begins as Part Time (10-15 hours per week), with potential to expand based on performance and ownership
• Fully remote. Asia time zone working hours required.
• You will collaborate directly with one of the founders
• Compensation range: $3.50-$6.00/hour (based on relevant experience and demonstrated capability)
