We are a licensed home care agency serving seniors in Minnesota. We hire caregivers who allow older adults to remain independent in their homes.
We are looking for a full-time remote recruiter with minimum 2 years experience, who will own the entire caregiver recruitment system from start to finish.
This is not a resume-reviewing role.
This is a systems role.
You will:
Forecast hiring needs by geographic area
Manage job postings and applicant flow
Answer incoming applicant phone calls
Screen and qualify candidates
Track pipeline metrics
Ensure we never run short on caregivers in key service areas
You will work directly with leadership, scheduling and HR.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment System Ownership
Maintain and improve our caregiver recruiting pipeline
Track KPIs: applicants per week, interviews scheduled, hires, cost per hire
Keep weekly recruiting dashboard updated
Identify bottlenecks and fix them
2. Applicant Handling
Answer inbound applicant phone calls (during defined hours)
Conduct structured phone screenings
Schedule interviews
Follow up with incomplete applicants
3. Forecasting & Workforce Planning
Review weekly scheduling data
Identify geographic gaps (city-level forecasting)
Recommend when and where to increase job ads
Anticipate shortages 30–60 days in advance
4. Job Advertising
Post and manage job ads (Indeed,
Test and improve ad copy
Track performance by source
5. Reporting
Weekly hiring report
Pipeline health report
Geographic coverage report
REQUIRED SKILLS
Mastery in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable handling extensive phone calls daily
Experience recruiting hourly workers (healthcare preferred)
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
Organized and process-oriented
Comfortable working with metrics and data
