We are an Info Coaching Agency that helps creators and coaches scale their businesses through marketing and sales.

We are currently running a $100k/month offer, have collected over $1M+ for coaches in the past 5 months, and are scaling rapidly to the next level. We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our growth during this exciting phase.

Responsibilities

- Sending applications and outbound messages (Instagram DMs, candidate outreach, etc.)
- Tracking sales data and updating spreadsheets
- Posting content on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and newsletters
- Researching with AI tools and funnel hacking websites
- Calendar management and communication (email, WhatsApp, SMS)
- Booking flights, hotels, and handling basic online purchases
- Supporting HR tasks (creating job posts, reviewing candidates)
- General admin tasks to free up the founder’s time

Requirements

- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Willing to work US time zones (PST/EST overlap)
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable with repetitive admin tasks
- Fast learner with online tools (Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Slack, etc.)
- Stable internet connection and reliable computer
