JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative Industrial Designer based in the Philippines to help define and evolve the visual identity of our product portfolio across high-end hair tools and power/home improvement tools.
This role focuses on product form, brand expression, CMF, and user experience. You will translate brand strategy into iconic, emotionally compelling physical products that stand out in competitive global markets.
From premium hair dryers to precision power tools, you will shape a cohesive and recognizable design language that defines who we are — while working closely with our product development team to ensure your vision is thoughtfully executed.

Responsibilities
• Lead the form development and aesthetic direction of new products across multiple categories.
• Create a distinctive and consistent design language that strengthens brand recognition.
• Explore concepts through sketching, form studies, ergonomic refinement, and 3D development.
• Develop thoughtful CMF (Color, Material, Finish) strategies aligned with brand positioning.
• Ensure designs consider real-world functionality, usability, and internal component integration.
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to align on feasibility, performance requirements, and manufacturing considerations while maintaining design integrity.
• Produce high-quality renderings and presentation visuals to communicate design intent.
• Conduct trend research and competitive analysis to inform forward-thinking design decisions.
• Contribute to a cohesive product ecosystem across SKUs and categories.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-led product design, form exploration, and CMF expertise.
• Experience designing consumer products (beauty, electronics, tools, home goods, lifestyle products, etc.).
• Exceptional understanding of proportion, ergonomics, surface development, and user interaction.
• Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Strong sketching skills (digital or hand).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or similar.
• Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
