**About Us**

HoneyGrid builds AI-powered marketing systems for local businesses. Our goal is not just to run great ad campaigns — it’s to codify what great looks like, so our AI can execute, optimize, and scale campaigns continuously.

We work primarily with local service businesses (dentists, home services, healthcare, etc.) and are building an AI that can manage paid advertising all day, every day, using best-in-class human strategy as its foundation.

**Role Overview**

This is not a traditional “media buyer” role.

We’re looking for a senior Paid Ads Expert who can:
- Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads at a high level today
- And train our AI systems to do this work intelligently, repeatedly, and at scale

You’ll spend part of your time actively managing campaigns — and a growing portion of your time documenting decisions, patterns, frameworks, prompts, and rules so our AI can learn how to think like an elite performance marketer.

If you enjoy systems thinking, teaching, and turning intuition into repeatable logic, this role will be a great fit.

**Core Responsibilities**
1. Paid Ads Strategy & Execution
- Build, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, remarketing).
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality through continuous testing.
- Make smart budget allocation decisions across platforms.
- Diagnose underperformance and clearly explain why something is or isn’t working.

2. Training & Improving Our AI
This is the most important part of the role. You will help teach our AI how to analyze campaigns, not just what buttons to click.

Document:
- How you d ---------- when to scale vs pause
- How you diagnose bad leads vs bad targeting
- How you interpret early-stage vs mature campaign data

Help define:
- Optimization checklists
- Decision trees
- Prompts, rules, and heuristics the AI should follow
- Review AI-generated recommendations and correct them when they’re wrong.
- Continuously improve how the AI thinks, tests, and learns.
- Your success is measured not only by campaign results — but by how much better and more autonomous the AI becomes over time.

3. Tracking, Attribution & Signal Quality
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking (calls, forms, offline conversions).
- Audit and troubleshoot tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel.
- Help the AI understand which signals matter and which ones don’t.

4. Reporting & Insight Translation
- Translate performance data into:
- Clear insights
- Actionable next steps
- AI-readable guidance
- Help define what “good,” “bad,” and “needs attention” actually mean in practice.

**Who This Role Is For**

This role is ideal if you:
- Have real, hands-on experience running Google + Meta Ads profitably
- Think deeply about why campaigns succeed or fail
- Enjoy explaining your thinking and turning instincts into systems
- Are excited about AI replacing repetitive work — including your own
- Want to build something scalable, not just manage accounts forever

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation
- Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, creative testing, and bidding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and spoken English (you’ll be teaching humans and AI)
- Comfortable working independently and proactively

Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Google Ads or Meta certifications
- Experience documenting SOPs, playbooks, or frameworks
- Interest or experience working with AI tools, prompts, or automation
- Experience with local service or healthcare/dental businesses

**How Success Is Measured**
- Campaign performance improves and stabilizes
- Fewer issues require human intervention
- AI recommendations become more accurate and useful
- Best practices are clearly documented and reusable
- The system gets smarter month over month
