GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist

Remote | Project-Based or Ongoing | Expert Level

Company: NYFI Dealer Services

NYFI Dealer Services is seeking a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM expert to build, optimize, and structure our CRM systems for maximum performance.

This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for a technical specialist who understands workflows, automation logic, AI integration, and scalable CRM architecture.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced workflows inside GoHighLevel to ensure our CRM operates efficiently, intelligently, and consistently.

Your goal is to structure the system so it runs smoothly with minimal manual oversight.

Core Responsibilities

Build and optimize complex workflows in GoHighLevel

Design automation sequences for SMS, email, and pipeline movement

Implement AI-assisted messaging and response systems

Configure triggers, conditional logic, and automation paths

Improve pipeline structure and opportunity management

Audit and troubleshoot existing workflows

Ensure proper tagging, segmentation, and contact management

Improve response time and automation efficiency

Required Qualifications

Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel CRM

Advanced workflow and automation design skills

Strong understanding of triggers, conditions, and event-based logic

Experience integrating AI tools within CRM systems

Ability to think strategically about system architecture

Strong troubleshooting and debugging ability

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Reliable high-speed internet

Organized, detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building sales or finance pipelines

Experience with dialer integrations

API and webhook familiarity

Zapier or third-party automation experience
