We are hiring an experienced Cold Calling Sales Representative to contact licensed U.S. real estate agents and sell them our real estate website + IDX products.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list. Your goal is to sell and close on the first call whenever possible. If an immediate close isn’t achievable, you will schedule and conduct a Zoom demo appointment with the prospect, demo the product, and close the sale.
This role requires strong sales skills, professionalism, persistence, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales + Calling
• Make outbound cold calls to U.S. real estate agents from provided lists
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Aim to sell and complete the checkout on the first call (preferred)
• If not possible to close immediately, set and conduct Zoom demos
• Walk prospects through the checkout process during or after demo
• Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
CRM / Lead Tracking
• Track all calls, results, and outreach activity in a spreadsheet or CRM
• Update prospect status daily
• Record follow-up tasks and next action steps

Follow-Up Best Practices
• Send follow-ups according to sequence timing
• Personalize when possible (first name, office name, key objections)
• Track opens, replies, and next steps in CRM or sheet
• Move prospects through pipeline stages accurately
Compensation
• $5/hour starting rate
• 20–40 hours per week
• $40 commission per sale (after two successful customer payments)
• Commission paid 30 days after the sale closes
High performers will benefit from consistent commission revenue. We would like you to sell at least 1.5 to 2 sites/IDX per day.
Requirements
• Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience
• Comfortable selling to U.S. professionals (real estate agents, brokers)
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Confident conducting Zoom demos with screen share
• Reliable internet (25 Mbps minimum recommended)
• Organized work habits and CRM discipline
• Ability to stay motivated and handle rejection
