We are looking for a high-level Appointment Setter to qualify inbound leads and book high-quality meetings for our sales team. This is not a volume-based calling role. Your responsibility is to protect the closer’s time by identifying real intent, fit, and buying signals before scheduling any call.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and speak with business owners and decision-makers.
Qualify prospects based on intent, budget, timing, and fit.
Ask structured, intelligent questions to uncover real needs.
Confidently disqualify low-intent or unqualified leads.
Book only high-quality appointments that are likely to convert.
Update CRM accurately and follow internal processes.
Take feedback seriously and continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
Fluent, natural English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and listening skills.
Good judgment and ability to say “no” when needed.
Sales, appointment setting, or inbound qualification experience preferred.
Comfortable working with CRMs (GoHighLevel is a plus).
Availability to work US business hours.
Reliable internet and professional work setup.
