We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to help grow our client portfolio across our business coaching, consulting, compliance, and health & wellness brands. The ideal candidate has experience working with US-based clients, thrives on hitting targets, and knows how to turn cold outreach into confirmed appointments.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify qualified leads through online channels such as LinkedIn, social media, and industry directories
Initiate outreach via
Qualify leads based on established criteria and move them through the sales pipeline
Schedule and confirm appointments between qualified prospects and our team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activity, and results in a CRM or tracking system
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates
Submit regular reports on outreach activity, lead quality, and appointments booked
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar sales support role
Experience working with US-based clients is strongly preferred
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships remotely
Self-starter who can manage their own time and workload with minimal supervision
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar
Proficiency with outreach platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, or similar
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace
High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a results-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
Background or familiarity with business coaching, consulting, compliance, or health & wellness industries
Experience running cold
Knowledge of US business culture and professional communication standards
Compensation:
Base pay: $3–$5/hour depending on experience
Additional performance-based commission for every qualified appointment booked and closed
This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours
