Insurance Claim Recovery Support (ICRS) is hiring a high-level multichannel outbound specialist based in the Philippines.

This role is NOT basic cold calling.

You must have hands-on experience using Instantly.ai and ---------- together to run coordinated email + LinkedIn campaigns.

You will also:

Make outbound calls
Book qualified appointments
Manage CRM activity inside GoHighLevel
Schedule Zoo ---------- etings
Send follow-up emails

This is a performance-driven role with weekly and monthly bonus incentives tied to qualified appointments set.

???? REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

You must have direct experience using:

? Instantly.ai

Setting up cold email campaigns
Inbox rotation & warming
Monitoring deliverability
Managing replies and lead categorization

Building LinkedIn automation campaigns
Managing connection sequences
Running LinkedIn follow-up flows
Handling LinkedIn reply tracking

? Using BOTH Platforms Together

Coordinating LinkedIn and email messaging
Preventing message overlap
Managing lead movement between systems
Tracking multichannel performance
Understanding reply sequencing logic

Make outbound follow-up calls

Qualify decision-makers in commercial & multifamily real estate

Schedule Zoo ---------- etings using GoHighLevel calendar

Send confirmation and reminder emails

Maintain accurate CRM records

Hit weekly appointment-setting targets

Near-native English fluency (neutral or American accent)

Proven outbound appointment-setting experience
