Virtual Assistant
Philippines-Based | Remote | Part-Time / Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support a client managing multiple projects across multiple companies. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires someone who thrives on taking initiative, communicating clearly, and delivering consistent results with minimal oversight.
Compensation
$400 – $500 USD/month (commensurate with experience)
Schedule
Working hours must overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the United States. Flexibility within the overlap window is available, but consistent availability during core U.S. business hours is required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute tasks across multiple projects and companies for the client, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
Work within CRM platforms to upload, update, and manage client records and data with accuracy
Build, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and reports using Excel and Google Sheets
Monitor the client’s
Coordinate project timelines, track deliverables, and keep all workstreams organized and on schedule
Provide patient, professional support in a high-energy environment with shifting priorities
Communicate proactively when blocked, ask clarifying questions, and escalate issues before they become problems
Attend weekly meetings with the client to report on completed work, receive feedback, and take on new assignments
Manage your own workload independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively across all active projects
Requirements
Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and a quiet, professional work environment
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Solid understanding of project management principles; experience with tools like Asana, Trello,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Self-starter who takes direction well, runs with assignments independently, and delivers without constant follow-up
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and adapt quickly to changing needs
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish language skills (conversational or fluent) — highly preferred
Experience supporting clients or executives across multiple businesses or ventures simultaneously
Familiarity with
Previous experience in a client-facing or patient-support role
