About the Role:
Innovation Minds is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads within the HR tech space. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in HR SaaS sales who can confidently engage prospects, book qualified meetings, and fuel our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities
Conduct outbound outreach via
Engage with HR leaders to understand their needs and position Innovation Minds as the solution
Schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity and lead data in our CRM
Requirements:
3–4+ years of SDR experience in HR SaaS or related B2B tech sales
Strong communication and prospecting skills -
Experience with Instanly
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Compensation will be structured as follows:
$600 monthly retainer
$100 per meeting for the first 4 meetings each month
$25 per meeting for any meetings beyond the first 4 in the same month
Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific Time, including a 30-minute lunch break.
