We are an eCommerce brand in the vinyl record niche (USA market) looking for a Creative Strategist & AI Video Editor to help scale our Meta
Your role is to plan, create, and iterate high-performing ad creatives using a mix of UGC, editing, and AI tools.
What You’ll Do:
-Plan monthly creative testing roadmap for Meta ads
-Research competitors and winning ad angles
-Script and structure UGC-style ads
-Edit short-form video ads (hooks, captions, pacing, etc.)
-Create static and motion ad creatives
-Use AI tools (e.g. Veo, NanoBanana, image/video generators) to rapidly test concepts
-Analyze creative performance (CTR, hook rate, hold rate) and iterate on winners
-Assist with creating images for
You Should:
-Have experience creating paid social ads for eCommerce brands
-Understand performance metrics (not just “nice design”)
-Be strong in short-form video editing
-Be comfortable using AI tools for image/video generation
-Be organized and able to manage creative pipelines
-Have strong English communication
