JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a super-talented and responsible wedding photo editor to join our photo editing boutique team on a remote, part-time, and project-based basis. Retouchers, please do not apply — we are looking for a wedding editor only!

The candidate has a deep, experience-based sense of color and composition, developed through years of practice. You should be able to achieve precise color consistency both on skin color and background consistency colors across large wedding galleries, show great attention to detail, and maintain punctuality and focus throughout editing work.

Responsibilities:
• Perform color editing and creative cropping+straightening of wedding photos based on client samples
• Conduct self-checks and ensure the final gallery meets client quality standards.

Requirements:
• Excellent command of Lightroom ?lassic.
• Must have experience working with various camera profiles and presets (TAP, Erich McVey, Goodlight, RNI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of color balance, lighting, and composition.
• Solid portfolio showcasing previous wedding editing projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly in English.

Required Tools:
• Active Adobe Lightroom Classic subscription with the latest version installed
• Fast and reliable computer (macOS only)
• Monitor with accurate color calibration

Please note that we are not looking for a beginner to be trained; we need an experienced, well-established professional who can deliver high-quality work and immediately start contributing to our current projects.
