JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based construction company operating in multiple states and are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team.

This is a long-term, stable position for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks
-Record and categorize invoices, payments, expenses, and journal entries
-Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
-Prepare and send client invoices
-Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
-Generate financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
-Assist with payroll processing documentation
-Support month-end closing processes
-Communicate professionally with U.S.-based tea ---------- mbers

Requirements

-Strong experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
-5+ years bookkeeping experience
-Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred
-Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Stable internet connection and quiet home workspace
-Available during U.S. business hours
