Junior Virtual Assistant (Finance Department)
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 7:00 PM HKT (Monday to Friday, including 1-hour lunch break)
9:00 AM to 1:00 PM HKT (Saturday)
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Junior Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely, focusing on day-to-day finance-related administrative tasks. You will assist the team with operational and financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely work with minimal supervision.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to turn instructions and conversations into high-quality documents and actionable outputs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with finance-related administrative tasks, including data entry, tracking expenses, and preparing basic reports.
• Work with applications such as Google Sheets, ClickUp, Xero, and Dear Inventory.
• Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and folders.
• Respond to emails professionally and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Support workflow management by monitoring project progress.
• Conduct research on industry trends and financial best practices.
• Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute information to the team.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable adapting to change and iterating processes.
• Familiarity with project management and productivity tools.
• Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to take initiative and go the extra mile.
