JOB OVERVIEW

We are an 18 year boutique advertising agency focused on performance marketing and growth for impact driven brands. We work across multiple industries and manage several client accounts at once.

Our culture is fast moving, accountable, and results driven.

We are hiring an AEO & SEO Manager with real AI SEO experience.

This role is responsible for increasing visibility across traditional search engines and AI driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Bing Copilot.

The goal is to increase qualified traffic and improve our likelihood of being cited, summarized, or referenced inside AI generated responses.

This is an agency role. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Keyword research and search intent mapping
- On page optimization and content upgrades
- Technical SEO audits and implementation
- Schema and structured data strategy
- Internal linking systems
- Content optimization for AI citation and answer engines
- Monitoring AI visibility and brand mentions
- Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Communicating clearly with internal tea ---------- mbers
- Tracking traffic, rankings, and conversions

AI SEO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience optimizing content specifically for AI generated answers
- Understanding of how large language models source and prioritize information
- Experience implementing structured data to improve AI readability
- Experience creating content designed to earn citations
- Clear examples of measurable impact

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 5+ years experience in SEO
- Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer, SearchAtlas or similar
- Ability to analyze Search Console and GA4 data
- Strong written communication skills
