The Operational Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring compliance, staffing efficiency, client satisfaction, and administrative accountability. This role reports directly to the Director and is responsible for ensuring systems run smoothly with constant oversight. In charge of all aspects of the agency daily operations as a team. Must have at least 4 plus years in Homecare or Healthcare industry, 3 years Operational management experience. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AXISCARE SYSTEM AND HOME CARE.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Team Oversight
Supervise schedulers, HR/onboarding staff, and administrative personnel
Conduct daily morning check-ins and end-of-day recap meetings
Track census, new client intakes, and caregiver onboarding progress
Monitor client satisfaction and resolve operational concerns
Staffing & Scheduling
Oversee caregiver staffing and coverage
Assist with resolving call-outs and scheduling gaps
Ensure proper documentation is submitted and filed timely
Compliance & Documentation
Monitor medical records compliance
Ensure onboarding files are complete and audit-ready

Reporting & Communication
Provide daily operational briefs to the Director
Maintain dashboards for census, staffing ratios, and new hires
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions
Qualifications
Create and manage new systems and solutions base of the needs of the business, social media and CRM knowledge.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with caregiver scheduling systems
Knowledge of Medicaid/Private Pay home care processes preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Experience with AXISCARE is a must!
