Your Objectives (The "Leg Work")
Strategic Team Calibration: We have a diverse team with varying work styles. You must be able to channel high-energy performers into productive outcomes while motivating and empowering quieter tea
Zero-Tolerance for Misses: Take full ownership of guest satisfaction. If there’s an attendance or performance "miss," you diagnose the root cause and fix it—period.
KPI Mastery: Track, analyze, and pivot based on data. If the numbers aren't moving, you find the "why" and implement the "how."
Process Engineering: Use AI to automate the mundane so the team can focus on five-star guest experiences.
What You Bring
3+ Years of Real Leadership: You’ve managed remote teams and know how to hold people accountable.
