We are a growing speech therapy practice seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Office Manager to support daily operations and help build strong administrative and HR systems as we scale. This role requires someone who is proactive, systems-driven, and comfortable managing both details and big-picture processes.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage client onboarding and intake processes
-Prepare, track, and organize superbills and clinical documentation
-Coordinate and manage scheduling, calendars, and appointment workflows
-Support the development and organization of HR infrastructure (onboarding systems, documentation, internal processes)
-Create, format, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal workflows
-Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
-Provide ongoing administrative and operational support
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Administrative Manager
-Excellent written and verbal English communication
-High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and document creation
-Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
-Strong process-thinking and problem-solving skills
-Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
-Experience supporting healthcare, therapy, or service-based businesses is a strong plus
-Familiarity with onboarding, HR processes, or medical/therapy admin is preferred
