Base Pay: Starting at $5/hour (Highly negotiable based on technical tenure).

[THE ROLE]
We are seeking an experienced Property Management professional to manage a portfolio of San Francisco-based short-term (STR) and long-term (LTR) rentals. We operate at a high velocity and require an individual who is both decisive and meticulous.

This is not a general customer support role. We need an Operations Specialist who understands the technical backend of the industry and can execute complex tasks with speed and total accuracy.

[THE STANDARDS]
Industry Experience: Minimum 2+ years of verified STR/LTR management (Airbnb/VRBO).
Technical Proficiency: You must be a "Power User" of Property Management Software (PMS). We expect you to understand the logic of automated triggers, channel synchronization, and workflow management.
Operational Speed: Minimum 60+ WPM. You must be able to resolve high-stakes issues under pressure without sacrificing quality.
Tech Stack: Advanced use of ChatGPT, Time Doctor, and a dedicated dual-monitor home office.
Accountability: We value professionals who respect deadlines and take full ownership of their responsibilities.

[CORE RESPONSIBILITIES]
Guest Lifecycle Management: Oversight of inquiries, bookings, and high-level resolutions.
Operational Logistics: Coordination of maintenance, cleaning teams, and supply inventory via photo/video verification.
Technical Oversight: Managing lease agreements, security monitoring, and listing optimization.
Systems Audit: Contributing to the refinement of our internal SOPs and automated workflows.
