**About Us**
We are a fast-moving venture and marketing studio operating across multiple industries including media, technology, and online businesses. We focus on building, testing, and scaling ideas quickly. Our workflow is execution-heavy, data-driven, and constantly evolving.

**Role Overview**
We are hiring a highly capable generalist entrepreneur to act as a Chief of Staff to the founder. This is not a task-based VA role. You will be responsible for helping operate the business day-to-day, managing other VAs, and ensuring execution across multiple projects.

You should be comfortable thinking independently, making decisions, and owning outcomes. This role requires someone who can move fast, stay organized, and keep operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage and oversee a team of VAs (delegation, accountability, performance)
* Run daily check-ins with the founder and track priorities
* Execute across different areas (operations, marketing, systems, research)
* Build and improve internal processes and workflows
* Coordinate projects and ensure tasks are completed on time
* Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems
* Assist in launching and managing new initiatives
* Support and oversee Meta ads execution (creative testing, performance tracking, scaling)
* Support Shopify store operations (product setup, funnels, basic optimization)
* Communicate clearly and concisely in English
* Maintain high attention to detail across all work

**Required Skills**

* Strong organizational and execution ability
* Clear, structured thinking and problem-solving
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Ability to manage people and hold them accountable
* Comfortable working across multiple domains (marketing, ops, tech, etc.)
* Working knowledge of Meta ads (campaign structure, creatives, testing mindset)
* Familiarity with Shopify (store setup, product pages, basic CRO awareness)
* Self-sufficient and fast-moving
* High ownership mindset

**Preferred Skills**

* Experience managing remote teams or VAs
* Background in startups, agencies, or online businesses
* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace
* Experience with AI tools and automation (ChatGPT, Zapier, etc.)
* Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce

**Compensation**
Starting at $2/hour (part-time)
Opportunities to scale into a full-time, higher-responsibility role based on performance
