Job Summary

I am looking for a social media and marketing VA who can help grow my personal brand as a real estate investor-focused agent. My content is educational, not just property listings. I teach people:

How to think like an investor
How to buy real estate strategically
How to build wealth through property

You will help turn my ideas, videos, and blog topics into consistent content across platforms.

This role requires someone who understands social media strategy, website visibility, and content marketing, not just posting.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Edit short-form real estate videos
Add captions and text overlays
Schedule and publish posts across:
Instagram

Facebook
LinkedIn
Google

Twitter/X
Help repurpose videos into blog posts
Publish blogs on my website
Research weekly content topics
Assist with website visibility (SEO/backlinks awareness)
Help grow engagement and audience reach
Recommend posting schedules based on platform performance

Tools You May Use:

DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
AI caption tools
Social media schedulers
Blogging platforms
Website CMS tools

Requirements:

Social media management experience
Video editing skills
Strong written English
Ability to work independently
Creative and strategic thinking
Portfolio required

Nice to Have:

Real estate marketing experience
SEO knowledge
Content strategy experience
Website optimization awareness

Schedule:
Flexible output-based work.

Pay:
$5–$10/hour depending on experience.
