JOB OVERVIEW

KenergyAI sits at the intersection of High-Tech, IoT, Commercial Real Estate, and Sustainability.

We are seeking a talented Technical Copywriter and Marketing Assistant who can either learn our industry at lightning speed or already possesses a background in Mechanical Engineering, Sustainability, or Building Systems.

This is a part-time position with a clear path to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• High-Quality Content Creation: Use AI to research and draft sophisticated content for LinkedIn, our website, and newsletters. You must fine-tune AI outputs so they read like a human expert in PropTech and IoT. If you are not "highly detail-oriented" in your writing and work, please do not waste your time or ours and please do not apply!
• Marketing Assistant: Assist our marketing lead with miscellaneous tasks such as:
- Content Distribution: Formatting and scheduling approved AI-generated content across LinkedIn, our website (CMS), and email platforms.
- Lead Management: Monitoring inbound inquiries and updating lead status within our CRM.
- Metric Tracking: Pulling weekly performance data from LinkedIn Analytics and email software to prepare reports for the Marketing Lead.
- Technical Asset Management: Organizing our library of technical diagrams, case studies, and IoT product specifications for easy access.
- Outreach Support: Helping manage our outbound employee's workflow and ensuring follow-ups are sent according to the established timeline.
• Time Tracking Software: Use ---------- (or similar) for time-tracking, payroll, and workflow transparency.

Requirements
• Expert Writing & Editing: You are more than a "prompt engineer." You are a professional editor who knows what "elite" B2B content looks like. You can polish AI drafts into plain but sophisticated American English – meaning you sound like an American and not an AI or a foreigner. You should be technical enough to understand IOT, HVAC systems, Commercial Real Estate Operations and Commercial Building Sustainability.
• Technical Background (Preferred): Ideally, you have a background in Mechanical Engineering, Sustainability, or Energy Management. You must be able to write in-depth about IoT, PropTech, BMS, and Lighting Controls.

Why Join Us?
• Work with a high-tech company dedicated to global sustainability.
• Flexible part-time hours with significant growth potential.

How to Apply
To apply, please submit your Resume and Hourly Pay Requirements.

To be considered, you must:
1. Include the phrase "Sustainability 1" in your subject line.
2. Include a short paragraph explaining how occupancy sensors can be integrated with smart thermostats to save energy.
