We are building a high-performance team and looking for a driven Remote Appointment Setter who wants to grow with us long term.
Position Overview
As a Remote Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to initiate and manage high-quality direct message conversations across Instagram and other platforms, qualify prospects, and book them onto our sales calendar.
You will work directly with the founder and sales team to drive daily outbound efforts and help scale our lead generation engine.
This is a performance-based role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys measurable targets, and wants real growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate 100 to 150 new outbound DM conversations daily
Use company-provided scripts and frameworks to start and guide conversations
Qualify prospects based on our internal criteria
Book 2 to 3 qualified sales calls per day
Respond to incoming messages within 3 to 5 minutes during working hours
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and tracking systems
Follow up with leads consistently using approved follow-up sequences
Track and report daily KPIs including conversations started, responses received, leads qualified, and calls booked
Attend weekly coaching sessions and team performance reviews
Continuously improve messaging based on feedback and training
This is a high-output role. Consistency and discipline are required.
Compensation Structure
Competitive hourly base pay
Commission paid per qualified call that shows up
Performance-based bonuses for hitting booking targets
Uncapped earning potential based on performance
This structure rewards both consistency and results.
Required Qualifications
Fluent in written and spoken English with strong understanding of US communication style
Excellent written communication skills
Comfortable handling high-volume outreach daily
Highly coachable and open to feedback
Able to handle rejection without losing
Strong work ethic and accountability
Available 4 to 6 hours per day with flexible scheduling
Comfortable working inside CRM systems and tracking performance metrics
Previous appointment setting or sales experience is a plus but not required. We value attitude and coachability over background.
