SALES CLOSER – HIGH-TICKET HEALTH PROGRAMS (Fully Remote)

AWAREmed Health & Wellness Resource Center
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. preferred)
Position Type: Full-Time | Commission + Performance Bonus

AWAREmed is a nationally recognized integrative medical clinic founded by Dr. Dalal Akoury, MD. We specialize in advanced, personalized care programs ranging from hormone optimization to complex chronic disease and oncology support.

We do not sell “appointments”.
We enroll patients into transformational health programs.
We are growing — and we need a high-performance sales closer who can convert pre-qualified leads into committed patients.

This is not a Customer Service Role.
This is a high-ticket enrollment position.

You will speak with pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest. Your job is to:
• Build trust quickly
• Identify pain points
• Present customized solutions
• Handle objections confidently
• Close decisively
• Follow up professionally
• Maintain CRM accuracy and track interactions inside Go High Level (GHL)

If you are uncomfortable discussing investment amounts of $5K–$20K+, this role is not for you.

Who You Are?
You are:
Experienced in high-ticket sales (health, coaching, medical, or wellness preferred)
Skilled at using Go High Level (GHL) for lead management, pipelines, and follow-ups
Comfortable on Zoom and phone
KPI-driven and numbers-oriented
Confident but compassionate
Emotionally intelligent
Highly disciplined working remotely
Able to follow scripts and improve through feedback
Hungry to earn based on performance
You understand that structure creates freedom.

Performance Expectations
• Minimum call volume per week
• Follow-up consistency
• CRM accuracy and pipeline management (GHL experience required)
• Weekly KPI tracking
• Close rate targets

This role includes performance accountability.

• Base + Commission OR Commission-Heavy Structure (based on experience)
