We operate a high-volume ecommerce dropshipping business across multiple products and markets.
The business is growing. Each department now has a lead. KPIs and reporting exist. Output is strong.
What we need now is not growth generation.
We need structure, stability, and operational control.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to protect and strengthen the backend of the business so founders can focus on strategic growth.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
Your role is defensive and structural.
You are responsible for making sure:
- The machine runs smoothly
- Departments stay aligned
- KPIs are tracked and acted upon
- Reporting gives clarity (not noise)
- Systems are organized and scalable
- Nothing breaks operationally
You are not responsible for generating revenue.
You are responsible for protecting and optimizing operations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily operations across departments (Creative, Media Buying, CS, etc.)
• Improve and standardize KPI tracking and EOD reporting
• Redesign reporting formats to provide clear visibility for founders
• Build and structure a proper project management system (ClickUp or equivalent)
• Organize SOPs into a centralized, scalable system
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them
• Implement workflow automations when relevant
• Monitor execution discipline and accountability
• Handle operational issues and urgent situations when needed
• Support onboarding of new tea
• Ensure bonus/KPI logic is applied consistently
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Hard Skills:
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations (agency or high-volume store preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing structure
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel
- Dashboard creation & KPI modeling
- Workflow optimization
- Experience building systems (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, etc.)
- Comfortable managing remote teams

COMPENSATION
Monthly compensation: $1,600 – $2,200 depending on experience and operational maturity.
Long-term growth and increased compensation possible based on performance and responsibility.
This is a long-term role.
