Expedition Ranch is growing fast—and we’re looking for a driven editor to help take our brand to the next level. We build badass overland rigs, give them away to our audience, and support nonprofits protecting public lands. If you love vehicles, the outdoors, and storytelling through video, you’ll love it here.

We are looking for a highly skilled Photo Editor with strong expertise in Adobe LIGHTROOM, specifically in advanced color grading and masking. This role is primarily focused on professional photo editing & graphic design.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, understand lighting and tones deeply, and can match existing editing styles precisely, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities
- Edit and color grade photos using Adobe Lightroom
- Use advanced masking tools in Lightroom (subject, sky, brush, gradients, etc.)
- Match our existing editing style accurately and consistently
- Deliver final images in both full-resolution and compressed formats
- Maintain high-quality output with attention to detail

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Adobe Lightroom
- Advanced understanding of color grading
- Proficiency in masking within Lightroom
- Ability to replicate a specific editing style
- Good file organization and export workflow
- Graphic design experience
- Experience using Figma or Canva
- Email design experience
- Adobe Illustrator (especially for T-shirt design)

BONUS but not required
- Vehicle photo editing experience
- Experience in the outdoor niche
