The Role:
OxBow USA is seeking a critical-thinking, data-driven
Unlike traditional agency roles, this is NOT a client-facing position. You will not be on client calls or managing
What You’ll Be Doing:
Full Account Management: Take 100% ownership of the Meta Ads Manager interface for 10–15 diverse business accounts. All companies/accounts are part of the Outdoor industry.
Execution & Iteration: Build, launch, and relentlessly optimize campaigns (including traffic, conversions, engagement, lead gen, video, carousel, collection, and dynamic/product ads) based on internal strategy briefs.
Budget Stewardship: Manage client budgets with extreme precision, ensuring we hit spend targets while maximizing ROI.
Critical Problem Solving: Don't just follow a checklist. Analyze "why" an account is fluctuating (e.g., audience fatigue, creative performance drops, or bidding inefficiencies) and propose technical solutions to fix it.
Internal Collaboration: Participate in weekly internal strategy syncs with OxBow managers to report on performance and plan upcoming technical moves.
