As the first point of contact for prospective pest control customers, you’ll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling past leads and previous home inspection clients from a provided list, introducing them to our services and recording key details in our CRM. You’ll also follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, answer questions and coordinate with our in-office staff when needed.
To be successful in this role, you must be highly adaptable, able to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy at all times.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to past leads, previous inspection clients and other provided lists.
Introduce prospective customers to pest control services.
Schedule appointments directly in company software.
Input notes and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects who request more time or were not reached on first contact.
Coordinate with in-office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and handoff.
Maintain professionalism in every customer interaction.
Requirements:
Fluent English speaker with clear and professional communication skills
Previous outbound calling and sales experience required
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and scheduling software
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Availability to work 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
Self-motivated and comfortable handling high call volumes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
